Privacy Policy

Sougdz ("we", "us") operates a multi-tenant e-commerce platform for merchants. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, with particular attention to the data we access when you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account.
Facebook & Instagram data we access
When a merchant chooses to connect their Facebook Page (and, optionally, a linked Instagram business account) to publish product posts, we request and store only what is needed to perform that action:
- Your Facebook user id and basic public profile.
- The list of Facebook Pages you manage and their names/avatars.
- A Page access token (encrypted at rest) used to publish posts you explicitly create.
- The id and username of any Instagram business account linked to a connected Page.
How we use it
We use this data solely to publish the content you explicitly create — the caption, images, or video you compose in the dashboard — to your own Facebook Page and/or Instagram account. We never post without your action, and we do not read your private messages or unrelated content.
Storage, sharing & retention
Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never exposed to your browser or to other merchants. We do not sell your data. Data is sent to Meta only to carry out the publishing action you requested. We retain a connection until you disconnect it, delete your data, or remove our app from your Facebook settings.
Deleting your data
You can remove your Facebook/Instagram data at any time by:
- Disconnecting the page in your dashboard (Marketing → Social publishing), or
- Removing the Sougdz app from your Facebook settings, which triggers an automatic deletion of the related connection, or
- Submitting a deletion request — see sougdz.app/data-deletion.

Politique de confidentialité (résumé en français)
Lorsque vous connectez votre Page Facebook (et éventuellement un compte Instagram professionnel lié) pour publier vos produits, nous collectons uniquement votre identifiant Facebook et profil public, la liste de vos Pages, un jeton d'accès de Page (chiffré) et l'identifiant du compte Instagram lié. Ces données servent exclusivement à publier le contenu que vous créez vous-même. Les jetons sont chiffrés et ne sont jamais vendus. Vous pouvez supprimer ces données à tout moment en déconnectant la page dans votre tableau de bord, en retirant l'application dans Facebook, ou via sougdz.app/data-deletion.
