These terms govern your use of the Sougdz platform. By creating an account or connecting a third-party account, you agree to them.
Use of the service
Sougdz provides e-commerce and marketing tools for merchants, including the ability to publish your own product content to social networks you connect. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to it. You agree not to use the service for unlawful content or in violation of the policies of any connected platform (including Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards).
Connected accounts
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you authorize Sougdz to publish, on your behalf and at your explicit request, the content you create in the dashboard. You may revoke this access at any time from your dashboard or from your Facebook settings.
Availability & liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for the availability of third-party platforms or for content rejected or removed by them. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
